Following those 9 little steps !

As we are about to say good bye to 2015, it is time to memorize all the beautiful things we have accomplished this year, a time to reflect on the good and bad that happened. There was really lots of beautiful surprises, smiles & tears, happy bride & grooms, beautiful wedding in Paris, emotional proposal, and surprise birthdays parties.  Lots of inspiration along the way, new friends, and old friends coming back.

And for now, it’s all about starting 2016 on a positive way & setting new goals. Dream big and in colors ! I have always loved new beginning. It gives you the possibility to improve your life  and  try to become the person you would love to meet ! In my opinion, the best thing in life  is not to wait to do  what  you want to do.  Life is too short to play small ! If god puts something good on your heart to do, than you shall just do it,  knowing that you might not have as much time as you think !

We all have goals to come back stronger in the new year and find happiness in 2016.  I’m going to share a few tips that might help you reaching what you are looking for :

1. Positive Thinking Mind

I always put that on top of the list. Positive thinking attract positive people and energy. Visualise abundance and prosperity allows more potential for making progress, leaving less time for feeling down.  Positive thinking is a  successful strategy for improving quality of life, it creates happiness and joy. Allow your  mind to focus on accomplishments, rather than weaknesses and empty glasses. It’s excellent to open your mind to the new opportunity that 2016 is offering !


2. Plan this year with a tool

It is far easier to know where you are going, once you have set a destination. We have make things happen ! There are actually quite a lot of options on the market, and you could find online the one that just fits your needs. 3. Treat yourself with lots of respects !

You are the only person capable of that, and you know that the more you will love yourself, the most likely you will meet people that respect you.  It takes a wise person to deploy love just for you ! Why don’t you start  beginning your day by telling yourself something really positive – anything that will make you smile. ( Do you notice the way you eyes wrinkles when you smile, isn’t it so cute ? Does this new gym routine starts to show on your abs?) Be proud of yourself when you accomplish something good !


4. Express Gratitude

Writing down join a piece of paper what you’re grateful for has been linked in research to a multitude of health benefits. When you practice gratitude towards life and your surroundings, all the negative emotions will gradually fall by the wayside. Did you know that people who express lots of gratitude have higher levels of optimism and determination. You are not what you own ! Materialistic people may posses a lot ” but they might be low in well-being, simply because they lack gratitude.


5. Establish Short Term Goals

Truth is that no one is going to create opportunities for you, if you want it, you have to make it happen. Setting goals in your life gives you an overall vision and some short-term motivation. If you know precisely what you want to achieve, you will know where you have to put all your efforts. It helps you organize your time so that you can make the most of your life. Don’t put yourself boundaries, explore the unknown, and go beyond your confort zone.

6. Make your Life simplified

We are often wasting time in our daily bases with unnecessary things or time consuming tasks. Perhaps it means spending less time on the internet and more time in the real life, or stop focusing on the bad aspects of your life ? Getting rid of many bad habits that you have to spend time with the people you care and do the things that you love. It also means to rid of the clutter so you are left with what gives you value and power !


7. Refresh Your wardrobe

We all keep old clothes that we don’t even wear anymore. Perhaps it’s time to clean it up a little. We don’t need to accumulate trousers and shirts. Just keep the one that you prefer, until you can get new pieces. Working and living in a clean environment helps a lot to focus your mind. Refresh your bedroom, phone contacts, and office.  We are all surrounded by electrical goodies, that’s just induces anxiety.


8. Build Important Friendships

At certain stages in our lives, friendships are becoming very important to us. It does take some efforts to cultivate good friendships, so it’s better to choose your entourage  wisely. Try to surround yourself with like minded people who only see the good part in you. Let go of people who do not nourish your authentic self is probably an essential part of self respect !   Nobody does need lots of acquaintance, try to focus on a few friends that you really appreciate for who the are !


9. Keep very  healthy

The small changes you make towards a healthy lifestyle have a greater effect on your mood ! I have been thinking to become vegan for a while. It’s not just a new trend, we probably don’t realize how many toxines we eat from the meat that we eat.  Have you thought about following a new diet ?  The mental benefits of following a healthy lifestyle are extremely significant !  Kicking of the gym reduces stress and anxiety, and make you feel happier. Jogging, biking, or practice of yoga to refill the batteries !


Enjoy the next beautiful 365 days, work hard, and don’t be too hard on yourself.  Follow your instinct, but try to give chance to people, and let the magic happen !
