The magnificent property is set over three floors. It hosts six luxury bedrooms, fully renovated by Jacques Garcia. From the main entrance, your wedding guests can enter the large opulent lobby with original frescoes painting.  All the spacious rooms still retain the original marble floors. Also located on the same floor are the kitchen and a covered terrace with a working fireplace for outdoor dining. Your guests will be able to enjoy impressive views of the lake on the first floor. The second floor is accessed by a marble staircase, where there are four luxurious en-suite bedrooms with marble bathrooms. It is a perfect location for a luxury lake Como wedding.

SUMPTUOUS WEDDING RECOMMENDATION

The villa Balbiano offers daily rental with a minimum fee. It is sufficient for an intimate wedding with 50 guests maximum. You will need to construct an Orangerie if you have more guests. Therefore, it takes a minimum of 3 days to set up and un-set up.  The Orangerie can fit 200 guests. The best option is to place it in front of the swimming pool. The villa Balbiano has been the backdrop for several big productions such as the recent movie House of Gucci, or the iconic advertisement for Versace.
