Weylin is the site of the iconic Williamsburg Savings Bank, built by renowned architect George B. Post and interiors designed by Peter B. Wright in 1875. Following an award-winning restoration, the Weylin was born. Now operating as one of the city’s premier venues, with its spectacular frescoed dome, intricate mosaics, wooden carvings, and period decor as its centerpiece, this venue is ideal for a myriad of decor concepts, destination wedding, guest counts, and unique experiences—like an after-party in their 1875 Bar, a prohibition-era speakeasy.

Weylin offers a wide array of spaces and packages to choose from for all event sizes and budgets.  Deemed one of the most monumental spaces surviving in New York, the Main Rotunda’s 110- foot domed ceiling, original fresco, solid gold leaf trim and carefully preserved monogrammed glass oval windows inspire awe. The gorgeous space is the perfect backdrop for galas, large-scale performances, activations, art installations, award ceremonies, charity auctions, and more.

RECOMMANDATIONS DE SUMPTUOUS EVENTS

The Persian Room’s massive picture windows, elaborate ceilings, and antique lighting lends itself to food stations, intimate dinner parties, photoshoots, or green room. I also recommend this space for a bridal room or the final getting ready if you do host your ceremony at  The Weylin. Their Weddings Venue Rental Package allows outside catering although the liquor program would be provided by Weylin. Candles are allowed however the venue reserves the power of approval for quantity and location.
