Remember that it is a public monument, therefore they may be guests passing by during set up. You can privatize the space for 12 hours or 24 hours. But generally, I advise getting 24 hours which allows us to set up every decor and table. Every part of the flooring must be protected and all furniture needs to be fireproofed. The venue needs to receive the planning, itinerary, layout, and design for approval 3 weeks before the event. The stairs are breathtaking, so it will your choice to decide to use them. We can use the most sophisticated lighting to transform the space. We can place opera singer, classical quartet, ballerina, a cascade of flowers, kids choirs, and of course, the center of the stairs can be your ceremony spot. Therefore, I would recommend placing the guests seated in the upper balcony, making you the center of attention. The grand hall calls for a long dinner table, and it can fit about 300 guests for the most high-end dinner.
